RE: Report on reptile observation

Main Email Body: Dear Karan I am receiving complaints related to shortages of fogging activities. Contractually it been agreed to have once per week in summer but this was agreed subject that Muna Noor will provide technologies that can reduce the infestation of mosquitos and other insects, but since this is not happening or not brining a real result we strongly advise you to increase the intervals of fogging especially around lagoon areas and central park. So please assure making this happening. Now after 3 year of tie-up with you it is really sad that we see such reports about snakes in our site, while after three years of pest control our site is supposed to be fully vaccinated from snakes. Even last year we didn’t experience such a number of complaints. If proper pest control was done we suppose not to receive such a number of complaints in two weeks, but I think due to shortages and absence of proper supervision we have arrived to these unwelcomed incidents. I do not need to tell what should be done, just assure that to get your team homework done with perfection, as for any new report we will not tolerate it and will impose penalties.
