2. Scope Details:
Tasks:
- Excavation: Conduct trenching operations in accordance with environmental safety standards.
- Piping Installation: Lay DN90 and PN16 HDPE pipes using best practices for alignment and assembly.
- System Connection: Securely integrate the extension with the existing irrigation infrastructure.
- Component Installation: Fit additional system components, including gate valves, strainers, flow meters, and float ball valves.
- Chamber Construction: Erect reinforced concrete chamber structures for system maintenance and access.
- Testing and Commissioning: Perform functional and pressure testing to verify system integrity.
Deliverables:
- A fully operational irrigation line extension to Zone-5 Tank
- Detailed installation reports, as-built drawings, and commissioning records
Schedule:
- Initiation Date: Expected in mid-November.
- Milestone Completion Dates: [Insert relevant milestones and their expected completion dates]
- Final Completion Date: [Insert Date]
Location:
- Specified route starting from the current irrigation network terminus to the Zone-5 Tank, including crossing the lagoon
Standards:
- Compliance with PAEW-Diam, local environmental, and construction codes
No. Scope of Work Details/Specifications 1 Piping Provision and Installation Provide and install pipes with a nominal diameter of 90 millimeters, pressure nominal of 16 with High-Density Polyethylene material, including all necessary materials and fittings. 2 Lagoon Crossing Method Employ directional boring or open-cut techniques, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. 4 Route Demarcation Implement visible marking and install warning signs to ensure safety during installation and operational phases. 5 Piping Connection Methodology Utilize electrofusion or butt-welding techniques for joining High-Density Polyethylene pipes to secure leak-free joints. 3 Trenching and Backfilling Operations Excavation to a minimum depth of 70 centimeters below ground level. Use proper bedding materials to support the pipe and compact backfill to required density levels. 6 Gate Valves Integration Incorporate gate valves with a nominal diameter of 90 millimeters, pressure nominal of 16 for flow control and maintenance purposes. 7 Strainer Installation Install a strainer with a nominal diameter of 63 millimeters, pressure nominal of 16 to prevent debris entry. 8 Flow Meter Incorporation Integrate a 3-inch diameter flow meter for accurate monitoring of water usage. 9 Manhole Chamber Construction Construct Reinforced Cement Concrete chambers to provide access to valves, strainer, and flow meter. 10 Float Ball Valve Inclusion Install a 2-inch float ball valve to automatically adjust and maintain the water levels within the tank.
