2022006 - ZEN Residences - Mobilization plan -meeting 24.06.2024

Main Email Body: Dear All, It was a pleasure meeting with you yesterday. Below are the points discussed and the decisions taken: *Electricity:* The Contractor will obtain Namaa's approval and the tapping point for the electricity for the temporary connection of the site utilities. The fees will be paid by the Contractor. *Water:* Instead of using water tankers, MB will provide the temporary water tapping. The Contractor will install a meter, and the fees will be paid by the Contractor. *Sewage:* MB will study and show the line and inlet point of the sewage to enable the Contractor to connect their temporary line, with the fees paid by the Contractor. If there are difficulties with the connection, the Contractor will build a temporary septic tank for the sewage. *Fencing:* MB approved the layout of the fencing, offices layout, and the tower cranes location. AEB/Contractor stated that the full HSE plan and methodology will be shared with MB for their review and approval. MB raised concerns regarding the corrugated sheet fencing and asked to check the installed fencing material at the MB area. AEB and MB found that the fencing is made of corrugated sheets with marketing panels fixed above. Hence, the corrugated sheets are approved, and the Contractor can proceed with the fencing installation as per the proposed drawings. *Sign Board:* MB approved the signboard drawing. The locations will be decided later. *Temporary Offices:* MB raised concerns regarding the location of the temporary offices as they are outside the project plot line. AEB stated that the location was identified previously by the Client and MB management. MB will check and confirm by 26.6.2024. *Internet:* The Contractor requested to install a signal tower by Ooredoo. MB stated that there are fiber optic cables, so there is no need to install a tower. The Contractor can contact Omantel to finalize the matter. *Working Hours and Regulations:* MB will share the time constraints for the working hours and holidays to be considered in the project construction program. MB will share any regulations and constraints that should be considered during the construction period. *Security:* MB informed the Contractor of the security requirements regarding the delivery or removal of materials from the site. The Contractor must follow these strictly. *Krooki:* MB will push for obtaining the clear Krooki to facilitate getting Namaa's approval and consequently the excavation permit. As per the meeting, the Contractor can continue with the mobilization. If there are any comments related to the above-mentioned points, please don't hesitate to highlight them so we can take them into consideration.
