Key Issues and Actions Required

SCADA System

Immediate information needed regarding the SCADA execution agenda post-agreement.

Equalization Tank

The status and cleaning plan need to be communicated. It is crucial to start planning for next year without delay.

TSE Production Goals

With a target of 750 m³/day, our peak of 500 m³/day is concerning. A detailed plan, including meter calibration and confirmation of readings, is required.

• Decanter Utilization: Update on decanter output for landscaping required.
• VFD Cabling: Concerns about issues; update on testing and rectification needed.
