7. Recommendations

  1. Service Schedule Revision:
    • Adjust and adhere to a stricter service schedule to meet contractual obligations.
    • Ensure daily coverage of critical areas like Central Park and Wadi Channel.
  2. Immediate Rectification:
    • Conduct an immediate inspection and treatment of the Sales Center and surrounding areas to address the rodent issue.
    • Trim overgrown plants and clear breeding points for mosquitoes.
  3. Performance Review Meeting:
    • Schedule a formal meeting with the pest control service provider to discuss the recent issues, performance discrepancies, and necessary corrective actions.

8. Conclusion

Ensuring that the pest control services align with the contractual terms is essential for maintaining an effective pest management strategy. Addressing the under-serviced areas and ensuring regular and consistent service delivery will improve compliance and the overall effectiveness of the pest control measures.
